Laura Solia Shellaby, Founder & CEO

Laura is a strategic leader in global health with over 15 years of experience helping organizations achieve lasting impact. She specializes in designing and implementing effective strategies, supporting leadership teams to maximize impact, and facilitating dynamic workshops that foster collaboration and turn ideas into action. Her expertise spans health systems strengthening, health financing, maternal and child health, and community health. Throughout her career, Laura has led multi-stakeholder initiatives and complex projects with organizations such as the Clinton Global Initiative, Union for International Cancer Control, Last Mile Health and the Community Health Impact Coalition.

In addition to leading LSS Global, Laura is an Advisor to Africa Frontline First and a doctoral researcher at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, where her research focuses on community health financing and the aid alignment agenda.

Jade Chakowa, Project Leader

Jade Chakowa is an impact management specialist with over 12 years of experience in international development, including the last 7 years focused on global health. She has worked across the UN, international NGOs, and Swiss foundations, bringing expertise in monitoring and evaluation, programme management, and strategic planning. Jade supports organizations to measure, communicate, and strengthen their impact by bringing people and data together.

    Global health policy expert specialising in international law and human rights. Priyanka has worked with WHO, Policy Wisdom, and the International Criminal Court on policy and legal frameworks.

  • Stéfanie Freel

    Geneva, Switzerland

    Global health policy expert specializing in mental health, brain health and health system strengthening. Stéfanie has worked with WHO, the Canadian government, and is currently a doctoral researcher at the University of Amsterdam Medical Center.
